Let's lose our Quarantine Fifteen

Have you gained a bit of weight while in quarantine and over the holidays? I have and its time I lose my Quarantine 15. Starting January 1st I will be hosting a private Facebook group for all of us who have enjoyed the holidays and would like to get rid of the excess fat that came with them. I will be sharing all I know about Low Carb, Low Impact living. This includes discussion about the most effective ways of eating low carb: Paleo, Primal, Keto, and Carnivore. It's difficult to discuss any one of these ways of eating without mentioning the others, so I'll help you sort out how they're different and why you might want to try one instead of the others. Once you know these different ways of eating there's no reason you can't try one and shift to another to see if it suits you better.

In this group I'll answer questions, share tips & tricks to eating healthier, and ways to exercise in a low impact way that maximizes your natural fat burning capabilities without leaving you hungry. I’ll be sharing with you ways of living that work in the real world. I promise not to link to any medical journal articles nor scientific studies. If you were the type of person who could read a medical journal and extract useful information that’s relevant to your personal life I would expect that you'd already be doing so.
