First week of 2021 eating Carnivore
I’m eating Carnivore for the first half of January. So far it’s been rather easy. I’m amazed at how little food I eat each day and how satiated I am after a meal of only animal fat and protein.
Here are my food totals from January 1st through January 8th.

In the last 8 days I’ve lost 9 pounds.
