My name is Matt Hixson and I help outdoors people lose weight and get fit so they can enjoy their outdoor adventures to the fullest.
You’ll learn how to sustainably improve your health and lose fat. This includes upgrading the quality of your food, moving your body every day, and applying some simple ideas that will improve your health for the rest of your life. No counting calories or doing high intensity interval training required.
