Dinner and a Movie: The Peanut Butter Falcon

Tonight’s dinner was inspired by the title of the movie we watched afterward, The Peanut Butter Falcon. Only problems were that I didn’t have any peanut butter and my falcon guy was out of town. So I did the next best thing. I made up a sauce using SunButter and applied it to some chicken wings. Turned out kinda like Thai peanut sauce. I’ll probably conduct some more research to fine tune this recipe.

Recipe:

• 2 Tbsp sambal oelek

• 2 Tbsp SunButter

• 3 Tbsp curry powder

• 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot

• 2 Tbsp honey
