Replace Sugar with Non-Sugar Sweetener

Too much added sugar in your diet will lead to unwanted weight gain. If you have a sweet tooth and still would like an occasional treat, try making your favorite sweet snacks with one of the many non-sugar sweeteners available. Two natural options are Stevia and Xylitol. A few drops of Stevia are about as sweet as a cup of sugar. Xylitol is a good baking alternative as it can be substituted 1:1 for sugar in any recipe.
