In order to fix a problem it helps to have the proper tools. Equally important is to have the skills to know how to use the tools on hand. As your health coach I will work with you to develop the skills to put these fundamental tools to use and dramatically improve your health and overall happiness.

 - drink icewater with meals

- drink alcohol without food or at least without sugar/carbs

- when you plan on having the munchies have healthy, delicious snacks on hand

- exercise fasted

- MAF for extended periods

- move your body every day

- intermittent fast

- butter coffee

- avoid grains

- eat healthy fat

- ignore calories

- get lots of sleep

- play outside

- eat whole foods
